DOWA ECO-SYSTEM Exhibits at the Highway Techno’ Fair 2018
DOWA ECO-SYSTEM Co., Ltd. exhibited at the Highway Techno’ Fair 2018, held under the theme of “Cutting-edge Technologies that Support Highways” at Tokyo Big Sight on November 28 and 29, 2018.
This fair focused on technologies for constructing and managing highways. Companies from a wide range of industries exhibit at this event, which is also well known by ordinary people.
At the DOWA ECO-SYSTEM booth, we introduced our Dry Magnetic Extraction Method (DME method). This low-cost, environmental-impact-reducing method is suitable for purifying soil contaminated with naturally occurring heavy metals, which is sometimes found during road and tunnel construction.
This method has also been adopted in excavation work for the Shirotori Tunnel (Phase II Line) of the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway.

In addition to people from highway-related construction companies, makers of various types of machinery and materials, and telecommunication companies, people from a wide variety of fields attended the fair. Our company’s booth was also visited by many people, primarily those from design and construction companies.
