BIODIESEL OKAYAMA Cooperates with Demonstration Projects for Power Generation Utilizing Bio Diesel Fuel

BIODIESEL OKAYAMA CO., LTD. (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture) produces bio diesel fuel (BDF) from waste edible oils which will be used in a demonstration project of a BDF cogenerator for a two-year period from March 1, 2019. The demonstration project is conducted as a collaboration by Okayama City Takebecho Tourist Bureau and Yanmar Energy System Co., Ltd.

BDF is a biofuel made from plants and is a clean fuel that can contribute to measures against global warming by reducing the use of fossil fuels.
The DOWA Group will use new initiatives like this to promote the widespread use of BDF.
