ECO-SYSTEM CHIBA Takes Part in JICA’s Technical Cooperation Projects
On October 23, 2019, ECO-SYSTEM CHIBA CO., LTD. (Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture) hosted a tour attended by waste management officials from emerging countries. The tour was part of the Technical Cooperation Projects carried out by the Japan Environmental Sanitation Center, and took place at the request of JICA.
Eight officials from eight countries—Kenya, Kiribati, Micronesia, Nigeria, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Vietnam—took part in the tour, and furthered their understanding of waste management methods and actual processing facilities in Japan.
Going forward, ECO-SYSTEM CHIBA intends to use similar opportunities to promote understanding both of the frameworks required to support a recycling society and of the company’s environmental and recycling business.
